FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
► HOW DOES THIS WORK?
First, you choose the design package that’s right for you, and then fill out an order form. Next, you wait for our confirmation email and invoice. Then you settle the 50% down payment (or full payment for int'l clients), and wait for your turn on our design queue. We will then ask you to fill out the client info sheet and design guide which we will send to you via email. Then all you have to do is wait as we work our magic on your blog! (When completion of the theme is imminent, we will require you to settle the remainder of your balance before making any final adjustments on your blog.)
► WHAT PLATFORMS CAN YOU DESIGN FOR?
Currently, I only design BLOGGER and MULTIPLY themes.
► WHAT IF I NEED A DESIGN FOR SOMETHING THAT'S NOT LISTED UNDER YOUR SERVICES?

► WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
► HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A BLOG MAKEOVER DONE?
First of all, this would depend on where you are on our wait-list or "design queue". But generally, it can take anywhere from 2 days to a week for me to complete a bog theme, counting from the day I start working on it.
► WHY DON'T YOU REPLY TO MY TEXT MESSAGES?
I generally prefer to course all communication through email. I use my Globe number primarily for GCASH, and refrain from giving out my personal phone number to steer clear of crazed fans and stalkers. LOL.
...Or it's a weekend. I TRY not to do anything work related on weekends because yes, people, I have a regular job as well, and I DO have a life away from the world wide web. :)
► WHEN DO YOU RESPOND TO EMAILS?
If it's important, then I respond as soon as I read it. I check my email every day.
► WHY DO INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS HAVE TO PAY IN FULL TO RESERVE A SLOT ON THE WAIT-LIST INSTEAD OF JUST THE 50% DOWN-PAYMENT?
Because money-transfer transaction fees are expensive, and are charged PER transaction. Which means one big transaction will cost you less than two small ones.
► DO I GET A SAY ON WHAT I WANT MY BLOG TO LOOK LIKE?
Of course you do! At the beginning of the process, I will ask you to answer a little questionnaire about what it is you want from your new blog theme. The more specific you are with your instructions, the better the chances are that we turn your "dream theme" into a reality! :)
But if you're stumped for ideas and would rather have me call all the shots, then that's fine too.
